I ended up really enjoying this book。 However， I listened to it & it dragged for quite a chunk of the book。However， I cried。 I felt it。 It was a great book & I don’t regret reading it。 So overall， it was long。 But damn， the war/wars…fucking suck。 Women are bad asses。 People do things that are awful when their scared & also do amazing things。

I only read about 50 pages so this review has very little supporting evidence。 Basically， I couldn’t keep reading because the editing was terrible。 There were stupid grammar mistakes like capitalizing the B in before， which I just ignored， but the word choices were so repetitive。 Like oh my gosh。 I was too busy being irritated to enjoy reading the book。 Maybe my bar was too high because I had just finished reading A Thousand Splendid Suns but for a 4。5-star-rated book， I expected better writing。
